Do you or your company have a BIV approval number? We offer you a premium of 3 months rent if you lead us to a suitable property that results in a contract before 30.06.2025.

What should you do?

  • Check the map below to see if we are still looking for suitable properties in your region
  • Carefully review the conditions that a suitable property must meet
  • Contact us by sending an email to rentit@batopin.be  
  • We screen your proposal and then contact you for the rest of the process
  • At the time of signing the rental contract you will receive a premium worth 3 months' rent.
