What if my card is swallowed?
Don't panic. Follow these two steps:
For a Belgian bank card: call Card Stop immediately on 078 170 170 (available 24/7).
TIP: Save the Card Stop number in your mobile phone so you always have it to hand.For a foreign card: contact your bank immediately.
- Contact your bank to request a new card, as your card will be destroyed for security reasons.
Please note: your PIN is strictly personal. Never share it with anyone, not even by telephone, email or link. No bank or CASH employee will ever ask for your PIN.
What if the CASH machine doesn’t dispense the requested amount?
This can happen in very rare cases — we understand it’s frustrating.
Please contact your bank right away. They will get in touch with CASH to investigate what went wrong.

Very occasionally, something can go wrong during a deposit. This can sometimes happen due to torn banknotes or a foreign object in the stack of note.
