Conditions for the premises we need

  • Central location in the heart of a town or village
  • Parking nearby
  • Accessible for people with a disability 
  • Ground floor area that can be sectioned off for rent
  • Plenty of frontage width (min. 5 metres)
  • No underfloor heating
